Which residential district in HCM is good for people who want to experience living with the local?
So far this is what i know..
D1 - Central and tourist area
D2 - developing for foreigner
D3 - Also tourist area
D4 - Messy and many gangster
D5 - Chinatown and very congested
D7 - Korean Town
How about the rest of the district?
