Certain TCM techniques are useful. Acupuncture helps with blood circulation for those maimed by stroke. Although modern science found no empirical evidence it facilitated recovery, many stroke survivors I know swear by it. It displaces physiotherapy. I wouldn't go as far as to say all TCM is useless. Just be selective.
