What you read here in this thread are the traits of the lower class vietnamese from the villages . These village viets flood the streets of Singapore. There are other educated viets from the city who demonstrates more civilised traits. But no matter what, their traits are surely more cunning than the normal Singaporeans. This is the way their society is formed.
