I don't think any potential sd will submit photos for review. I had many SBs before and I never send any photo. This requirement of photo submission is not practical.

My normal approach will be for a initial meet up for coffee or dinner with a small token amount to be paid to the lady. If the lady is worried about meeting someone familiar - chatting or even phone interview can be done to find out about each other to avoid the embarrassment of meeting someone familiar. The guy also don't want to meet someone he knows.
