Sugarbabe to me is just another nicer way of saying mistress or 小老婆 to me. Cause the very definition of sugar daddy would be :
1. You must be rich $
2. You must be of a certain age of maturity. Hence the word 'daddy' in the term.
3. You being of that age, usually but not always be married.
