The headache part for the hotel owners are the multi millions mortage repayment.
I'm very bullish on the mid to long term outlook of Changping but short term (2 years) wise it is not good.
A very good example will be Shenzhen and Zhuhai.
Once upon a time these cities were once swept till clean clean.
After many years it slowly evolved into what it is today.
