Singapore kopitiam coffee is a little too bitter, maybe becos never filter the coffee powder properly due to rushing to meet the demand., don't quite get use to it. But the 老字号 merchandise with a long-established reputation like yakun and The Toast coffee still got standard abit.
Think the worst of the three is batam kopi sold in those warung, foodcourt. The taste was too diluted and does not produce the nice smell of a coffee. But the luwak coffee is exceptional and definitely worth a try. (although from kucing but not kucing kurap man...)  |
