yes, of course such 'private' massage services can be raided by police. The risks are there, same as health centres/spas, although those are subject to random checks.
Don't think just because the massage location is in a condo it won't get raided.
Just think about what kinds of risk you are willing to accept. If you are too worried, then left hand and right hand are good alternatives. :P
