Hi bro,when i read the post above,i really appreciate that piece of info very much to avoid Batam at those given date. So i changed my schedule to go Batam to a further date.
After reading your yesterday post again,i almost faint...lol. Cos the date changed again to a further time....and it appears due to my mistake of not digging further down what this MTQ thing is all about,i will have no choice but to crash into those dates because i cannot change my leaves taken at my work place again.
Honestly,i feel screwed up now and i am not expecting a good trip there as it will likely be much worse than my last one. Double screwed when i will be bringing an indian foreign on those dates. Now,i will be trying my best to make the best out of the ultimate worst situation in my coming trip together with this MTQ National event.

I do not know indo language,so i google up MTQ National for a more Accurate Date of this event (to share with the rest) and it appears the exact dates of this MTQ event is on
6th to 15th of June 2014.
