Of course i believe it is all done with mutual consent. But if the girl have in mind to marry the man who become his bf and give him sex, it become a responsibility to marry him if we bonk her.
Other man cheat her does not mean we should do the same. When they are teens, they did not think of marriage and have sex with bf. when they are older like 20plus, they start to think of marriage. This is the same with girl in other country. They not being virgin does not mean they should be bonk anyhow.
In Singapore i know there are some girls who do not mind co-inhabit without marriage, this type of girl we do not need to be responsible for marry them. But i do believe those decent young vietnam girls we date, if they have a choice, they rather marry the man whom they have sex with than just companionship.
Anyway talking about responsible for them perhaps depends on individual as everybody upbringing and exposure is different.

I have a Malaysian companion for 11 years before breaking off in June 2013. She never find me irresponsible. In fact I help her in her business and investment.
