It's beginning of complex problem.
Please don't sex with her until she is comfortable. Otherwise things will screw up more.
1. Go for couple/sex counselling. If your wife does not have feeling for you, if no kids, please come out this marriage to avoid complications for both of you.
2. If you have kids, go thru counselling and try fix your side issues.
