If you go Genting, just enjoy gambling, don't engage the OKT. You'll see OKT everywhere, giving out business cards, telling you to call, telling you Japanese, Koreans, Russians, etc. In the end, all really PRC, and mostly dinosaurs.
Last time went with buddy, we visit room to room, we didn't find anyone we liked, but we bonked for RM250 each of us, because we were afraid to reject, these OKT look like gangsters, with tattoos, look like they're going to beat us up for wasting their time. Bad experience, will never do it again.
In KL, so many nice places, including Saboon and E2, very nice facilities, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, massage (proper) if you want, ping pong table, cinema, eat-all-you-can, etc. Also I highly recommend SKY RIVER by Fahrenheit 88 (formerly known as KL Plaza, opposite Pavilion KL).
Another place to try, if you want good massage with FJ, Thai Spa at Menara PGRM, Cheras.
All those places I mentioned opens late. Saboon till 7am. E2 till 5am, Thai Spa till 3am.
