Company letter you need to provide. Just ensure all document in order, visa is not that difficult to get. VOA is quiet troublesome in my opinion. Need to ensure that all documents is in order and have to queue at airport. spend 1 hr polus queuing there before. Imagine 1 document missing, xiao liao
