Lawyers CNA spoke to said subscribing to creators and consuming content on OnlyFans is not an offence. But making obscene content and uploading it is.

Under Section 292 of the Penal Code, it is an offence to transmit obscene material electronically in Singapore, said Ms Tania Chin, a partner at law firm Withers KhattarWong. It is also an offence under the Films Act to distribute or have an obscene film in your possession for the purposes of distributing it to others.

Those ladies showing off whatever they have, no one reports them.
The worse thing is that in order to view their pics, u have to subscribe and agreeable to the fees and T&C. Yet someone reported him.

But most of the time police wont give two fucks about this meaningless report. Unless there's something bigger behind the scenes, or someone pulling strings, we definitely wont get to know about, then it will only explain why that male creator got ratted out. I believe even if you try to report female creators, the police will just laugh at you for wasting your time.
