Midpoint Orchard?
 
Checking with the Orchard pros, are there any in this place?

Just went to walk one round, there’s a few small shops.

Haven't tried, but from what I heard from people who run shops in the building there's a good chance.

Went to recce last weekend. Nothing much going on. There's a foot reflex shop, a TCM clinic where one lady died b4 and a small spa on the 5th floor.

ah yes Concorde hotel, got a few there but your taste has to be unique to even take a second look at them...

Ya bro, was there to check out the place 2 weeks ago. Nothing much really. Tailor shops & nail spas, mostly. Some makan at the basement though.
How about Orchard Plaza? Seriously, I haven't been there yet.
