Hi all, would just like to ask something abt the law and heavy petting. I know for sure if have intercourse with a girl under16 is arrest-able offense under the law. But if having heavy petting (ff, oral, etc) with a girl under 16 (13-15), is it against the law and also a chargable offence?

If fingers and mouth is used then yes i believe it is an offense and arrestable. Check under "Sexual penetration of minor under 16"..

I just google and saw few cases that the guy got prosecuted for fingering a 16 year old girl pussy consider as penetration.

However tough to prosecute unless the girl complain to her parent or another person witness the incident.

Kissing is not considered.

Any sexual act with under 16 is an offence, simple as that. Even online web chat, video chat with sexual content can be considered if they have evidence of sexual intention or you ask the person to strip online or send you naked photos.

Any paid sex with under 18 is an offence also, remember that case, the local FL case.
