Hi.

Pardon me for drowning my sorrows in here. It's been days that I have been very depressed since my wife signed the divorce paper. I am feeling so weak right now that I took leave for so long already. I have 4 kids.

I have been trying to hold on to this family for so long. Never did I try to have another affair outside. To cut the story short, I am looking for single dad out there or anyone can advise me I hope I can meet up for a drink tonight. I really cant be alone think so negatively every minute and hour. I feel so sad just so fucking sad. I need advise. How can I stay strong?

put your attention to your kids.. feeling sad wont get you back your wife.. drinking will only waste your time & money..
i'm in a situation more worse than you but the world will still spin so feeling sad is the last option for me..;)

Bro I was much worst than u ...I had divorced for more than 3 years and now I feel better knowing that single life suits me more. Time will heal the pain , initially had depression too. Spend more times with your family and friends. I understand how you feel . I had 2 kids and now they are together with my ex wife and her new husband in Australia . The reason I divorced was because she had affair with ang mo...I let go everything .....letting go and forget is the best solution start over a new life....No woman no cry .....

Wa bro, that ang mo is the one she is with in Aus now? Wa.. u could have sued their pants off.. perhaps to spare the kids u didnt? Good on you...

Anyway, hope you can connect with your kids and not lose them, for they may come back to their real father one day.. stay strong and stay straight...

Yup I always visit them and chat with them thru we chat....Knowing that they have better life in down under I let them go.....

Stay strong for yourself or at least for your children. I know easier say than done as I'm not in your shoes. U can go for a drink & pour out all your woesful with friend sometimes, but pls dun drown in sorrow every nite.

Take care of yourself. If she dun appreciate u even how good u r, jz let her go. U will find someone who will appreciate who u r.

Time will heal. U still can survive even better w/o her.;):)

Is for their future sake anyway both are daughters is better to follow the mum , I know the mum loves them alot too.....Anyway I know that eventually nothing belongs to us in this world including our body....Right now I am living a carefree life .Forgive others is also forgive yourself too....it will makes everyone happy...how much does pride cost right?

Guys I cannot take it I'm drunk every night I can't help but think of my family that is broken now without perfect parents. I'm so drunk I hate my life. Why have it got to be this way please advise please please. I can't take this pain
