This again is based on individual WLs. Some are more open to frenching than others, but again also depends on your ability to click with them. Having good hygiene and personal grooming, building some rapport during the session and also finding ways to sexually stimulate the WL with your tongue or hands etc would help too. Usually girls will French more when they are high.
