Sharring my experience:

I was being spiked three times in my life (many years ago). No joke. Men get spiked too!

One time in Bangkok, Thailand. (offered a drink which was served by waiteress)
One time in Singapore. (left for gents, returned and drank)
One time in Fuzhou, China. (left for gents a few times, drank it then realised)

If one is suffering from pre-mature ejaculation, what one can to do is to ask a Doctor/Urologist and get a drug call "Priligy".
