I have recently been in an affair with a colleague for the past 3 months. Both of us are married w kids and we clicked because we worked OT most of the time and we had late dinners and drinks together.

We just find something in each other and a break from the drudgery of our daily married lives.

The issue now is that we are also keeping it as a second life sort of thing, we are still happy and doing our duties in our official lives. That means we cont to be the husband and wife for our spouses and that involves sex for both spouse and lover.

I noticed that lately i am phsyically more worn out recently. We have sex 2 to 3 times during office or after office hours. On top of that, I have sex with my wife 2 times a week on avg, same for her.

I find myself sleeping more deeply, or even dozing off at the wheel. THis, on top of my regular exercise at the gym and muay thai sessions. While my lil bro seems to be up to the call every time, recently I find it abit hard to stand tall for the 2nd or 3rd round when we (with my lover) have sex.

We are careful, to use protection and blah blah bla. My qn to fellow bros and sisters, any tips on nutritions or supplements to boost my energy and stamina in bed up to 5 times a week, with each session having 1 to 2 rounds each?

It is so frequent, I stop masturbating altogether....

also, can anyone reccommend good low profile places and activities we can do without being caught or seen? There were couple of close brushes when we went to drinking holes or cinemas and we want to lower that.

We have been gtg to hotels, parks, beaches, car and office etc. Looking for activities or places that we can enjoy and not always just about sex...

Suggest you try to widen the spread of intervals before you "dry" up.

Thanks all for the advice, will see if those help. We are in our mid 30s. I doubt my wife is those type yet because she is always at home after work 6pm on the dot. It's me who has been often over time and now with my affair, it's more permanent...

My colleague's husband is abit suspicious too but so far we have been low profile so he is back to his old self neglecting his wife over work and often overseas.

As for thie sinful couple us, it's like the good old dating days, minus the usual dating stuff and more direct actions. I doubt I can space our sessions apart more to have a rest, adi this week we have some in mind already... Better start stocking up on those vitamins

Hi malcolm369. I think you are very healthy. I read that eating a tablespoon of honey a day helps men to stay virile. Honey is also good for our general health. I do not eat honey because I do not need it. Multivitamin and mineral capsules are good too.

Think about going to places your family, colleagues and your wife's busybody friends do not frequent.

It's all in the mind. Few years back I used to have 2fb at one time. Plus oc = 3. I lost count of number of times I hv sex a week then. Somedays I have sex with 3 of them. Of course they didn't know about each other.
