Valentine's Day

Yesterday, a colleague of mine took a KTV gal out to dinner for Valentines Day. Also brought her an iPhone and some jewlery. Is this a new phenomenon in SG?

Valentine’s Day is the day that people can show other people that someone is thinking of them. The iPhone and dinner are a commercialization of a natural sentiment and though it tainted the day and it's meaninig but not deterred its sentiment. A selfmade note with a hand-drawn heart and feelings from the heart written underneath is VERY YESTERDAY and will be seen and translate as being stingy and not sincere. It would seem an impossible task to bonk the girl with "just an expression of love for her that Valentine’s Day represents".

No Gifts No Romantic Dinner = No Bonk :D

Life and love must get involved with material these days. If not I'm afraid it won't work and the relationship won't even start. The question now is how long will the relationship lasts and will they still be together during the difficult times?
