Anyone ever wonder who are the uncles sitting outside the UOB Bank in Geylang and the kopitiam next door?

Whenever I go to the bank also see them sitting around, chatting and observing people..

Gang related uncles or just uncles idling and chatting away? :confused:

since u always go there, why not u just approach them and ask them??!!!
