I kenna zap by this pcb and his clones 6 times liao.. :D but u see grey colour means no minus point la... I think he only want to zap to write his comments.. always same pattern...

Become a Donor - then you know who zapped you.

You also become immune to zaps.

So this problem goes away forever.

If you cheapskate and only want to maintain a free account, then this is what you have to put up with.
