I do not have any contact of the LB in Batam. But I saw many of them standing at the road side along the road leading to Batu Ampat Warf. you may want to explore the LBs there.

They are also reputed to hang around the junction called Simpang Jam (at the Aliwal Bros Rumah Sakit) and at the Mukakuning/Batam Centre junction a few hundred meters down the road towards Nongsa.
