If you apply cold logic then Geylang would be a possible solution. But I would never advise that. If he starts going to Geylang then it will be very difficult to stop unless he gets lucky and has 5-6 really fucked up encounters which scare the shit out of him & you.

Since you are aware of your situation and are thoughtful, investigate all the non outside sex options. Wish you all the luck in the world to resolve your situation.
