Any house open biz? What kind of changes did you encounter? Any special rules?

There are threads already talking about all these. And they are right on top because so many people are posting there speculating about the same topic. It’s not like the threads are hidden or dated long ago. You don’t seem to be new samster, but PCC till blind is it? Or open your own thread shiok?
