My opinion. Criteria: boobs, nipples, face, skin smoothness, skin & muscle tone, au naturale ( very impt for me; any augmentation or suggestion of it is a big turn-off).

Actually it's hard to put down the reason. If local n msian prices same but msian look so much better than local, who will spend the money on ?
