Do you think dealing with clients fetishes is that easy? Its not just a wham bam thank you ma'am kinda deal. It still requires a lot of planning, investments, marketing and other work to keep up with it.

Regarding real professionals, you're naive to say they do not complain. Depends what turns you on...? or if you have a list of fetishes, you can start from there and expand it as you progress.
