Jurong West - mainly concentrated with vice activities. This is the problem brought about by govt's own lax immigration policies. I used to stay in JW many years ago when it was still a backwater. Then the extension and Pioneer area came to be developed and filled up with PRCs.

Going to JW extension and Pioneer now, feel like you are in PRC, or pinoy land, or Myanmar. Of course make police very busy.

They can catch all they want but it's never ending. Imagine those PRC xmm come here to work blue collar manufacturing jobs in legit industries, how will they be satisfied with their low $ when they find out they can earn much more lying on their backs ? :D
