Actually, Empire and the club next door (Long Cheng - 48 Jin Zhou Jie) is owned by the same group of people and the girls actually cross between the 2 clubs.

My contact at the club next door charges NT$ 1500/pax/hour with 2 hour minimum.

Additional NT$ 1000 for the room which covers beer and fruits + room charge.
If you want hard liquor or red wine, it's all heavily discounted

How to tell what catagories the girls are?
1) Those not in uniform are the prettier ones and they do not strip
2) Those in red/pink are the cat 2 - "hui chuan" - which means they will wear back their clothes after the showtime
3) Those in blue are the "bu hui chuan" which provides pcc service

On Friday night and Saturday night, it is adviseable to reserve the room as early as 14:00 otherwise the place is full. The best time to go there is around 20:30 otherwise the choice of gals is limited.

Is Empire a KTV or 1-on-1 room?
Is there FS for 4,000NT/hour or it's just for dirty playing?
Do you have to speak Chinese well to go to these places?

It's just that the only action I've read while forum-hopping are as follows:
- Caesar's Sauna for 4,200NT
- LST for quickie
- KTV girl for 25,000NT minimum takeout
- OFOP for 3,000-4,000NT

I'm curious about what this Empire is..?

sorry for the late FR.chai dong brought us to a room that allow 7-8 pple,even though there are two of us..like flyod mentioned,the choice of girl after 20.30 not really great.after a while of chitchatting they will do a strip dance and then strip.and chitchat awhile and will proceed with a HJ.but 1 thing I didn't like is that they will pour the lubricate onto the lil bro and PCC,the lubricate kinda makes it uncomfortable if one plans to extend after 2hrs.Overall experience is great will visit them earlier and hope the quality will improve.maybe hulaman can input his view as well.
