Seems true. Checked Spa 9’s FB account. The serangoon one is gone and there’s a disclaimer that says the shop is closed

Certainly there have been closer and more frequent inspections even for those neighborhood spas with cleaner image. Revisited one east side joint just now and the ML told me to write legibly on their register ... even messy handwriting is faulted, that's how strict it is now.

But inside the room still same old same old lah ... :D if you're not a new customer.
