The boss can lose their cool on the girls which is ok. The girls have to scared of the boss or the customer willnot get a response if we complain to the boss. U guys have to understand, The okt or boss have to buy them food. DO this and that. So it is ok forthem to lose their cool to the girls and not the customer.

I have seen the girls yell at customer, which is too much. So the girls need to be sack, or no incentives for them. Do not blame the boss. It is always the girls fault.
