It is at the opposite side of 1649. There is a wall in front of old building. Go inside. 1654A is on the second floor.

It is at the junction of Lor 16 and Westerhout Road. :)

It is an old building inside a private compound.
You can drive in or walk in. There are no security guards at the gate.
54A is on the second floor.

If you drive along Westerhout Road towards Lor 16, it is directly in front of you when you reach the junction of Lor 16.

If you come in from Guillemard Road, drive along Lor 16 and 54A is immediately on your left when you reach the junction of Westerhout Road.
You can turn left into the private compound immediately after you passed Westerhout Road on your right.

If you still cannot find the place, look for the Joker at WH06 tmr afternoon.
