Bro I think Slyer is correct. The old type of silicone are those that are very hard and can burst if squeeze too hard. Improvement in technology makes the silicone soft and not likely to burst. But I recall I saw an article the more you squeeze the softer it become is only applicable in the initial weeks or months of implant. Any doc that come down from the Mountain E want to share his professional knowledge?

I am a also plastic surgeon too. I can cut all sort of plastic. Can use diamond coated blades or wires. Or even laser to cut plastic into any shape you want lei. Also know how to mold the plastic into different shapes and size. Ha ha.
