What you written above makes sense because to enjoy a big piece of grilled chicken chop or steak you dun need to pay much in a fancy restaurant. Nearby hawker center has the best and cheapest western food.

lorong ah soo market 2nd floor, Apollo, good steak fish and chip and chicken chop. value for money and the good are good!

and also

115 Bukit Merah View Market and Hawker Centre, the name of the store i dont remember.

but there are a monkey on their signboard. their Lamb chop are very well marinated, no stinky lamb! generous potion! and value for money!

do try its nice! :D

Our wanton noodle is different from Singapore.
We use dark soya sauce instead of tomato or chilli sauce.
and of course, you should always try our bak-kut-teh.
