Sorry lah. Busy arranging with linkup and facing some problems and need to have it solve before can talk to you again.

I will definitely be coming back to Xiamen. You know I have so many cousins in Xiamen and can eat and stay for free :D Still remember have to tell some white lies before I an cheong with you and if not, after no face if kenna find out.

Anyway I might be in Northern China in Oct to kickstart the venture. After that I will try to duplicate it in Xiamen with your assistance. :)

It is in Hu Bing Bei Lu where the govt offices are..... Directly opp of Bank of China n the BMW showroom. 12FL, size abt 200sq. 2 huge bedrooms, 2 shower/toilet. A huge living room n a small kitchen. How is the resale value now??

Well bro banana is right. The resale value is on the up. You really should consider selling. If you do want to sell better do it soon before the rate goes down again. There will be new properties coming up so rate may go down soon. Anyways what rent you looking at now?? For my mistress?? You think I got so many lobang like you everywhere also got mistress? No lah I thinking of renting a place in xiamen for quite some time now. Last time bro banana intro me a place but i didn't decide to then for personal reasons. You let me know lor. :D
