This Penang food place just right outside Pasir Ris MRT station serves really decent Penang food. Had the Penang Cha Kway Teow and Penang Laksa for dinner. S$4 each. Both very tasty.

Pork chop, or fish fillet ,can cost $6 a pcs.
Hawkers stall at kopi shop.
Not restaurant.
