ICA may not approved her visit pass but it base on case to case. Officer told me, they will check on my work n income also check on her before deciding whether to give her the pass.

she stress that i had to be prepare to live seperately if the pass is not approved, but i can try again in another few yrs and maybe they will approved it but this also depend on case to case. she still stress that my girl may not be able to get it approved.....

Big Headache for me..... can anyone share with me their experience. i wanna bring her back here and stay with me and i really wanna know the rules and regulation that the girls have sign when they come to singapore and when they go back what did the officer tell them..

Bro PM72, you're lucky the ICA even bothered to answer your inquiries. The ban can vary in duration, most of the time is 3 years. There is a green chop on their passport when they get deported. Changing a new passport is useless, the immigration already has her records, they'll just re-stamp it every time she enters with a new one. Never ever think of changing names or attempting anything deceitful in her passport, 90% she'll end up in the immigration lockup and be slapped with a seriously longer ban. Don't forget, the immigration has samples of all her 10 fingers, and they won't hesitate to have them verified. If she is completely honest, she commits no crime, worst case scenario is they reject entry and ask her to buy a ticket for the next flight home.

Marriage to an ex-WL in SG is very difficult but not impossible. Yellow card holders are made to sign a declaration form stating that they understood the entry ban and that they aren't suppose to marry any Singaporean PR or citizens.

Despite that being said, I've still seen many cases of successful Singaporean and ex-WL marriages in Singapore. Its a tough road. Good luck bro :)

In Singapore, mostly are old men or very fat men that cannot find decent girlfriends then they resorted to find foreign whores to become life partners.

I cannot imagine in a decade, young SG girls becoming nightclub singers, KTV hostesses or social escorts. Very scary to think that their mothers (foreign whores) prefer their daughters to earn fast high income thru commercial sex :eek:

We can marry local or foreign ladies but not those WL in commercial sex ;)

Some people like Red meat with Red Wine, some White meat with White Wine, some Raw meat with Sakae and some Roast meat with Beer. All I can do is tell the truth and its up to them to choose what meat with which kinda wine, I'll be neutral in this case. ;)

I can vouched what boss sam said is true. 2 years I visited my PRC WL hometown and to realize that her mother run a chain of foot massage shops that has young girls providing sexual services to customers. bro, its possible for you to marry her. and get ltvp. however the journey is going to be long and tedious .Are you ready to go through countless mp appeal , appeal to ica, facing rejected appeal . making countless trip to thailand and meet your mp sessions. And is she going to walk this journey together ?
if your answer is yes, please follow your heart cos i personally witness my best friend walk through all these and now his wife is here on ltvp.
However the whole bloody process for her to stay in singapore takes 3 years.that's right. 3 bloody years! and are you sure she won't change during those time when you are in singapore cos if she decide to gives up inbetween the process after all you have done.you gonna have a mental breakdown.

for me i also marry a kon thai but she not an ex gl. Many people was also against my marriage just bcoz she's a foreigner but i just follow my heart.now we are happily married for 2 years and she just give birth to a baby boy.

The truth may be painful and offensive to some but it needs to be said.

Who in their right mind would want a prostitute to be the mother of their children.

The problem is that they don't think about what's to come and the consequences of their actions 10 years down the road when the infatuation is gone and stark reality replaces a perceived fairytale "romance".
