Avoid YuKee duck rick n noodle, very small slice of meat also.
Go for whole duck at chinatown or balestier.

Five thin slices, skin n bone off.
Some body say its very delicious.
Add kacang ,tofu , half a boil egg, plenty to eat.
Its a bloody Set A.

Whole duck from shengsong boil with five spice, ngoh heong.
Black sauce,
Use less water.
Fantastic , can chew together with family.
The taste come from bone, not the meat.
Cut away backside fat before braising.
Duck neck keep it for the beer.

Stuff with spice n bake in oven.
Just like ppl park kungfubduck.
