Frankly I find Citidel to be really bad and run down. The quality of girls are terrible also. Just a pure FJ place. I went around afternoon. Not sure who else had better experiences.

From my experience outcall and FL's are very hit and miss, not worth the risk, but if you're travelling to KL one of the best nightlife spots is actually Sri Hartamas - area is quite safe and easy to walk around in as it's a more high end neighborhood with alot of expats, but there's also an extremely high concentration of massage parlors - ranging from legit joints that offer extras to B2B and FJ joints. Just walk in and literally ask what they offer, some will be up front about their "packages" but if it's a thai massage parlor you'll have to pay up front for the massage and then settle any extras with the ML yourself.

agree with fl being hit and miss, i had similar experiences. sri hartamas felt safe to me as well and i can recommend to others near the area. could have been my luck but i had to pay up front at thai massage parlors as well (6/7 times) but the service was good. the quality of the girls working is pretty high.

i visited the places you mentioned too and here's my 2 cents

My Spa: overall good spot, no complaints. recommend for people who want the full experience.
Ganda Aromatherapy: more grand, attendants were good, no complaints
Sri Andaman: least good of the least but i still enjoyed
Oriental Thai: average service
Just Thai: also average service
