Quite an impressive stall manned by 2 gentlemen in their 30s with nice Taiwanese street eats on the menu.
The signature here is the full flavor yet not overwhelming braised pork rice 招牌卤肉饭. Mee sua 大肠面线with intestines is quite like the Taipei 阿宗面线. Salt and pepper chicken pieces 盐酥鸡 and fried intestines 炸大肠 are not over-fried. Braised cabbage 卤白菜tastes great and soft too too. Bittergourd pork ribs soup 苦瓜排骨汤 is light and not salty or bitter.
The queue can be long.
