So with this COE system, u can't bring viruses into the system cos you have to get cleared sexual health wise before one-month COE issued.

If you are so kia si, you might as well dun go for commercial sex. Even fucking your GF or your own spouse, it still carries certain risk as women are getting more promiscuous like the male species. You cannot be certain if they're only faithful to you. Therefore I suggest you just do HJ wherever you you hire a prostitute or better still, masturbate yourself for added Peace of Mind! :rolleyes:
