Fully agree. I got stop a few times in Traders hotel n 1 time in Grand Hyatt. All times passed 1am.

Lots of options, just google Beijing apartment rental or something, best in Chinese.

You can get anything ranging from 600SGD to 10,000SGD. If you want better assistance you need to get a little more clear with what you're looking for. How long term is long term? 6 months? A year? More?

There are two budget hotels near San Yuan Qiao (Ibis and Novotel I think) that are right outside the train station. There's also a direct train from there to the airport. It was pretty convenient for me when I stayed there.
