Should be minced pork meat if not wrong. I tried once in Singapore at Macpheron Road opposite Pines Industrial Building the coffee shop. Not sure the store still around.

My mum used to cook her own "liao" to make her own version popiah.
Nice homecook popiah where every family members sit dwn to enjoy the fun in making diffferent shapes n sizes of popiah :p
