Second the reviews on rela. Haven't found anything in the Sengkang area myself. BLC is really the worst. Generally everyone there keeps asking for more money for even a simple HJ. And they're not even that great on their massage or hj. Rela asked me how much you want to give me for hj and I told her $50. She said cannot. Must be $100 but no roaming.
