road conditions are bad, lots of potholes everywhere! haha...the digging has stopped but traffic is still horrendous!! if u can drive in xiamen...u can drive anywhere in the world! including F1!! haha...

Below are some of the places that you can go for cheonging :

1. KTV - the best is Yi Tai Jia Ren, newly renovated , a lot of pretty girls. The drinking and singing will cost you about 1k for 3 persons, tips is 200 rmb for the mamasan, 200 rmb for the girl and 100 for the service girl. If you want to take them back, its 1.2k !!

2. Sauna - try a new one called Qiang Sha Ching , in Bai Lu Zhou. You can op for a good massage with a HJ thrown in at 108rmb only !! if you op for FJ, then you need to pay about 400 6o 600rmb

well, bros, trhere are a lot of "hair salon" and saunas ard. hair salon is abt 100rmb 1 shot. 150 for 1 shot n bj.
sauna is abt 400-600...there's 1 opposite KK disco, juz cross the bloody road n climb over the railings! haha...
its 400rmb for tues to sun. Mon got special discount, 300rmb only! but nver been there for quite some time, so dunno the promo still on or not!! haha...

if any1 need info, juz let me noe, i can bring u ard! XMN got a lot of "blind spots"!! u need to really go dig for info, so far i only covered 1 half of XMN!! haha...

haha...bro naemlo, buyin in xmn...or rather in china is not really a good deal. the houses here only 70 year leasehold leh!! but depends on location lah, my fren bought one for 3000+/m2 early last year. Now got ppl offer him abt 5000/m2...really depends on luck n location. COs there are really a lot of new property sprouting up everywhere in xiamen now!!

I can also offer my services....for a bottle of beer in xiamen!! haha... (xiamen no beer in jug leh...sibey sianz! drink beer fr small small glass, no kick sia!!) :p

never realised that xiamen is also happening...never been there too....perhaps in the summer? ;) i heard only 1.5 hr from HK/SZ?

anyway, property price in shenzhen is crazy nowadays...and they are still building more...sooner or later there will be a burst in the bubble....

My apartment in Xiamen is abt 2 yrs old, wat u think?? When I bought it, it is abt RMB150k but now someone offered abt RMB300k. My apartment is in hu bing bei lu where the govt. offices are. It is opp of Macro Polo Hotel.

My friend is a real estate agent who is helping me to look after the apartment n keeps updating me regarding the price in Xiamen.

Prices in SZ went up because of foreigner esp Hongkies.... Everything is ex there. Xiamen will be the same if China n XXXXX reunited. Then Xiamen will be another SZ. By then I might be a millionaire in China.... :D

Bro Naemlo took your advice and went to the place called shi2 kong1 shui4 dao4. Quite the happening there actually. Anyways asked for the Ah Ming person you mentioned nobody knows who the hell he is leh!! Or they say too many people called Ah ming there. How to find sia!! But seriously that place much better than KK so I think I will be headed there again! Well when you do come to XM we go there together I buy you drink. Bro banana you are obviously most welcome too!! U can't find him? If I there I will intro to u. Who took care of u when u were there??? Yes that place is definitely better than KK as I mentioned, I was there almost everynights.

R u in the main hall or individual room?? Individual room is good... can do anything in it, hope u know wat I meant?? Gers high high with XXXX are the best in room, everything run wild. But in the main hall can c mei meis n invite them for drinks.

U buy me drink??? Confirm boh? I need at least 2 bottles of Martel or Chivas or 6 bottles of Red wines :D What is the price of drinks there now? 480 for Martel/Chivas???
