While Jalan Berseh has Lim's Fried Oyster, Old Airport Road has Xing Li Cooked Food Fried Oyster. Stall may look understated because it does not flash any accolades or celebrity pictures but you may not want to underestimate the quality orh luak.
Problem is the queue (wait is about 20min even at 9pm) partly because of its following and partly because the one-man-show uncle really takes pride (and time) in making a good oyster omelette. He will make in batches of about 4 plates and he will make sure the eggs and starch are blended and fried nicely before loading on the spring onions and oysters. This is not the super crispy type fried egg omelette.
The vinegar chilli sauce is a nice complement.
