SG is a law by law state..... the ASP rank and above are walking warrants gazetted by law so it is easier operationally to get an ASP to go to the scene than applying for a warrant from the courts.

Otherwise must go by the law...... now not like the 70s.

(a) search or cause a search to be made in any place for a person if the police officer has reason to believe that the search is necessary for any purpose mentioned in section 26A(1); or
(b) search a person and place in safe custody all articles other than necessary wearing apparel found upon that person if the police officer has reason to believe that the search is necessary for any purpose mentioned in section 26A(1).

FL won't use that kind of condo depicted in the videos. With security checking and recording people going in/out. Usually it'll be one of those single block condos where guests ring the bell at the gate and are buzzed in by the occupant. Or the old condos where you can freely walk or drive in and guards don't bother.

Recently I just kenna a raid :(

Visited a FL in Balestier area, and after the deed & otw out of the apartment, the police rushed in and stopped me from leaving.

Damn sian.. took down ic number, ask for statement..

Now everyday I have anxiety.. :( dunno if will get into trouble, or if will have record with the Police for soliciting sex.. although the officer kept reassuring me that everything will be P&C and told me to bring this “secret” to my deathbed, I just feel something not right :(

Any kind bros can advise?
