This is definitely one of the better Hainanese beef noodle stalls in Singapore. Beef slices are well cooked and beef balls taste great. Beef tendons are cooked to good tenderness too. The dry version has a gravy that is not too thick and flavored sufficiently.
The given soup also tastes hot and beefy. I didn't try the full soup version but I am pretty sure it will be nice.
For the $5 mixed beef version, ingredients are plentiful and portion of thick vermicelli is ample.
Chili sauce, shrimp cincalok, crushed peanuts and lime can be added to your liking.
