I dunno about the AV..... but according to one IO from the CID Sexual Crimes Division..... there is written in their SOP definitions / explanation of the various sex acts and which section of the law should be used to frame the charges for the different sex acts.
So in this way.... a sex offender may end up with several charges.

Just curious. If hj is a sexual act.
So let's say if an underage girl was caught giving a guy hj. Purely just hj, will the guy be charge under sex with minor? Or what kind of charge will the guy get? Nothing ?
If nothing then can't be consider sexual act. If it's a sexual act, then by right the guy that receive hj from a willing underage girl should be charge under rape and kana rotan

As long as your sexual anatomy is involved, whether it’s being stroked, touched or handled, the penal code will interpret the act as sexual. Even if the gal is found stroking your butt, the law can regard it as a prelude to sex because of the provocative nature of the act. That’s why if you touch a girl’s ass in public, better say sorry and give her a wide berth. The penal code in SG favours women, and alleges men are guilty until proven otherwise

I believe for underage, even if there is no carnal penetration, you can still be charged under some penal code relating to "cultivating" and priming the underage girl..

To satisfy your curiosity....... the guy will be charge for
- "receiving a sex act from the victim"
- "getting the victim to perform a sex act on him"
- "unnatural gratification"

This year alone have several cases gone to court..... stepfathers, grandfather, uncle all kenna long sentences and rotan.
